Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a SkoolHive account, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of your school and any staff members you invite.
2. Your Data
Your school retains ownership of all student, staff, and parent data entered into the platform. We act as a data processor on your behalf and will not use your data for purposes outside operating the service.
3. Subscriptions & Trials
New schools receive a 14-day free trial on real account data. Continued use after the trial requires an active paid subscription on one of our published plans.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content, or to attempt to access data belonging to another school.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription per the terms of the applicable plan. Upon termination, your school's data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow export, then deleted.
