Student, guardian, and staff records that your school enters directly: names, contact details, attendance, academic records, and communications sent through the platform.
How We Use It
Solely to operate the platform for your school - recording attendance, computing academic reports, and delivering notifications to guardians. We do not sell student data.
Tenant Isolation
Every school's data is isolated at the application and database layer. Staff at one school cannot access another school's records.
Third-Party Processors
SMS/WhatsApp delivery and (when configured) AI features are handled by third-party providers acting strictly as data processors, under the same access restrictions as the rest of the platform.
