Using AI Roster Suggestions

From Timetable, click Suggest Roster (AI) for the section you're working on. This only ever fills genuinely empty periods - it never overwrites something you've already assigned by hand.

How it decides who teaches what

The suggestion is built from real signals already in your data: which teachers are assigned to that section, and which of them already teach a given subject somewhere else in the school. If no confident teacher can be identified for a subject, it's left for you to assign manually rather than guessed - the same "never invent" principle used everywhere else in SkoolHive's AI features.

Reviewing before applying

Every suggested cell is shown with a checkbox before anything is saved - uncheck anything you don't want, then apply only what you keep.
