Setting Up Fee Plans and Structures

Fee plans are created under Finance → Setup and assigned to students for a specific academic year - so a fee change this year never rewrites what was owed in a previous year.

Creating a plan

Define the fee heads (tuition, transport, etc.) and amounts that make up a plan, then assign it to a class or individual students. Discounts can be applied per student where needed.

Generating invoices

Invoices are generated from the assigned fee plan for the relevant period, and can be viewed and downloaded from Finance → Invoices.
