Managing the Admissions Pipeline

Track applicants from application through to enrollment, with activity notes at every stage.

Admissions gives you a real pipeline for prospective students, separate from your enrolled-student records until an applicant is actually accepted.

The flow

  1. Create an admission session for the intake you're running (e.g. "2027-2028 Intake").
  2. Add applicants as they apply, with their details and the class they're applying for.
  3. Log activities against each applicant - a call, a test result, an interview note - so the whole team can see the real history of that application.
  4. Move an applicant through your pipeline's stages as decisions are made.
  5. When an applicant is accepted, enroll them - this creates their real Student record and first enrollment, so they immediately show up everywhere the rest of the school does.

Who manages this

The Admission Officer role is built specifically for this workflow, alongside School Owner, Principal, Coordinator, and School Admin.
